The artist John Tookey has always inspired me and I love his fresh vibrant watercolours! It was wonderful to meet him again for a watercolour masterclass at Salthouse on the North Norfolk coast.It was interesting to see his use of pastel and watercolour but his pure watercolours are my go to pieces for inspiration!
This was the small cottage behind the hall where we met. I tried to use ideas from Haidee's course and John seemed to like this piece!
